How Frequently Does the System Sync Time with the NTP Server?

In the Date and Time Settings dialog, the customer has chosen to automatically sync the time with a remote server, but the time is still off (indicating that it has not synced yet).

The NTP sync schedule is based on various poll values that Windows collects and is between 17 minutes and 9 hours. Therefore the servers are pinging the NTP server several times a day.
