To stop this issue, use a card with a custom MATCH code or disable Custom Card Code.

• Disable Custom Card Code

  • Open the effected reader properties

  • Select Entry Reader, then Card Reader Setup

  • Set Custom Card Codes to <None>

  • Select OK to save
