Someone calls in looking for a License key for there OpCenter software.

Solution

  1. If the person asking for the System License key works for Wells Fargo Bank, they need to contact:

    Business System Consultant

    Wells Fargo Corporate Security

    1350 Montego, Suite 500, Walnut Creek, CA 94598, 925-946-2368

  2. If the person asking for the System License, that does not work for Wells Fargo, ask them what version of the System Manager is running on the appliance and give them the latest version of that Client software.

OpCenter 7.0 doesn’t require a software license key.
