Investigating Analog Camera through Video Diagnostics

Symptom

Sometimes Windows is unable to load the Stretch card in Device Manager and Video Diagnostics throws an error and naturally none of the analog cameras are working.

Solution

This problem is due to the Stretch Card not being listed in Device Manager.  This would indicate the Stretch Card has failed and needs to be reseated like any computer video card to see if it corrects the issue. If reseating the Stretch Card does not solve the issue then the Stretch Card should be replaced.
