This page is intended to be used as suggestions for system use. It is in no way a requirement to follow these guidelines.
In the Event Viewer, changes can be made to the reporting, labeling, values, and various other settings.
Value Changes in Customization Manager
Value Changes allow the user to change the words that display per an event type. This can simplify terms for End Users so they can understand events better.
Ex. “Access granted” can be changed to “Access Allowed”
Open the ID icon in the top left of Velocity.
Under System select Customization Manager, then Events (Other events under Return to Normal Events or Software can be changed as well)
The message, font and size can be changed
Changes in Event Viewer Properties
Open Event Viewer
Right click on Event Viewer, select Properties
Under the General tab, the maximum lines displayed, colors, and what types of events displayed can be changed.
Under the Filters tab, the Event Viewer can be filtered by the Port, Xbox, Controllers and Event Type.
