Updating CCM Firmware can be done easily through Velocity software. CCM files can be obtained through Identiv Support’s site
Firmware upgrade considerations for Hirsch controllers
Below are the steps to complete this task:
Download the CCM firmware through the Partner Portal link on the Identiv Support page
Once downloaded, inside Velocity, select the ID Icon, then Data Exchange, then CCM Import
Once there, select the file, select next, then finish
Next, open Controller Properties, then select Update CCM Firmware
