  • 3VR Alert Integration imports alerts from the 3VR VMS server into C•CURE

Limitations

C•CURE Demand Recording

  • Starting and stopping demand recording via the Software House interface is not supported in the integration. The 3VR VMS server will automatically record video during this period if there is motion or if continuous recording is enabled. Continuous recording can be enabled using the 3VR System Manager application.

Playing Exported Video

  • Exported video may not always play correctly in Windows Media Player. For best performance, VLC player should be used

Event Creation

  • If the “Map to 3VR Camera” event is triggered by another event, a 3VR “CCure Event” will not be created on the 3VR VMS server

Event Metadata

  • CCure events in 3VR OpCenter may not always have metadata populated in the event details. The amount of metadata populated depends on the type of device that triggered the event in the Software House C•CURE 9000 system

Video Playback

  • The 3VR-C•CURE 9000 video integration supports up to 64 simultaneous video streams with a system meeting the minimum system requirements listed on the following page. More cameras may be viewed if hardware that exceeds the minimum system requirements is used

  • For the best video performance, video should be displayed using DirectX. This requires that the system have DirectX and a discrete graphics card installed. Video is still available in GDI but the level of performance is lower. Note that typically if you are using remote desktop to access a remote machine, the video will not run in DirectX mode

Audio Playback

  • Audio playback is not currently supported in the 3VR-C•CURE 9000 integration

Minimum System Requirements

The 3VR integration has no additional hardware or software requirements beyond the minimum specifications of the Software House C•CURE 9000 system. These specifications are listed on this page.
