If Windows is unable to load the Stretch card in Device Manager Video Diagnostics will throw an error and naturally none of the analog cameras will be working. This is due to the Stretch Card not being listed in Device Manager. This would indicate the Stretch Card has failed and needs to be reseated like any computer video card to see if it corrects the issue. If reseating the Stretch Card does not cure the issue then the Stretch Card should be replaced.
