Search for the vwc2install.exe file in the Velocity folder. Typically, the file is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Identiv\Velocity\ path.
Right-click the vwc2install.exe file to Run as administrator.
The EULA screen appears. Read the complete agreement and scroll down to the bottom to click the Accept button.
The Application Install Options window displays. In the Install Options, select Select the Install Velocity Web Service and IIS Client Website (Recommended) option in the Application Install Options window.
Enter the user account (by default in the VelocityServices group) that the underlying service for the Velocity Web Services Client will use to log on to Velocity. Enter the password that the specified Service Account will use to log on to Velocity. Click Next.
The Velocity Web Services Client Installer will check for system prerequisites to install the Velocity Web Services.

After checking the System Prerequisites, the Service and Website Settings window for the service configuration appears.
In the Service and Website Settings window window, you will need to select a communication mode of “HTTP (Deprecated)” (non-secure) or “HTTPS (Recommended)” (secure).
Select the default port number 2026, or specify a different value. Finally, you will need to choose an IIS Configuration of “Forms Authentication (Recommended)” or “Windows Authentication”. Click Next.
Wait until the installer completes the Velocity Web Services Client installation.
In the Application Installation of the Velocity Web Services Client installer, Click Next.
After the installation is complete, a completion screen like the one below appears. Click Close to finish.
