Mx1-1-W Allegion: Hub Tamper events do not get reported immediately

Symptoms:

When connecting to the GWE HUB from the Mobile APP the Hub Tamper event is not being reported to Velocity immediately.  The Hub Tamper event is being displayed when the card is place on the reader


Cause:

NA


Resolution:

This is an issue with the wireless lock vendor and do not have a resolution at this time.
