Registering Velocity System

Starting with Velocity v3.8.0, all customers and certified Hirsch dealers must register their Velocity systems and complete a software support agreement to receive technical support and access to software updates. Registering for software support also ensures that all valid licenses currently applied to your existing system will be carried forward.

To register, you must complete and submit an online Software Registration Form. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with additional information on how to complete the process.
