Licensing and Software Support Agreements

A Velocity license is a persistent software license that entitles the user to use Velocity software as part of the user's physical access control system. This license is for the right to use Velocity software only. It does not confer any additional rights, privileges, or access to future upgrades of Velocity or any other software created or distributed by Hirsch Secure, Inc.

Velocity software support agreements (SSAs) are annual, paid agreements that provide end-users with access to the latest software releases, firmware updates, and world-class Hirsch technical support. When an end-user purchases Velocity software licensing, it includes one year of Velocity Software Support. After the first year, Velocity SSAs must be renewed annually to continue receiving access to all the benefits included with SSA enrollment.
