The Velocity Web Services can be installed either during the Velocity server \ workstation installation or separately after installing Velocity into your system. The Velocity Web Services Installation is required as part of the Velocity Web Service Client (VWSC) installation.

Suppose you are installing the Velocity Web Services Client. In that case, you must first install Microsoft’s Internet Information Services (IIS), as described in the “Installing IIS to Support the Velocity Web Services Client” section.
