Symptoms
The customer requests assistance determining whether a 3VR Video Intelligence Platform (VIP) Appliance's environment is supported.
Solution
If the VIP Appliance is kept in an environment that exceeds its limitations, it can damage the unit and void the customer's warranty.
The following specification of each model of 3VR VIP Appliance is listed.
