Download the SNIB3 firmware through the Partner Portal link on the Identiv Support page
Once downloaded, inside Velocity, select the ID Icon, then Data Exchange, then SNIB3 Import

Use the Import Wizard to navigate to the location of the SNIB3 Firmware.
Next, open Controller Properties, then select General Tab Update SNIB3 Firmware

You will be warned that flashing SNIB firmware may cause you to re-establish encryption.

Please do not power down the controller during a firmware flash. While the SNIB3 is flashing you may see the SNIB status lights rotate clockwise. Once flashing has completed you will either see the controller reconnect with Velocity or you will see the SNIB P1 status lights toggling green and amber. If you see the toggling lights, that indicates you require new encryption with the SNIB.
Once complete you should see a Firmware updated completed message in event viewer. You can also go into the controller properties to see the updated firmware revision.
