Some of the important pre-install checks (for example, making sure each PC has .net installed) will not be performed when installing using the .msi file. This could result in the Client Applications not running properly, and if they encounter any problems their first response should be to re-install the client applications using the standard .exe. |
Instructions
The .msi is contained within the standard installer .exe. Customers may ask for this file in order to do batch installations on all of their client machines. To extract the Client Installer .exe:
