Log on to the Software House C•CURE system with a user account with administrative access.
Double-click the 3VR_C•CureInstaller-Release-7.0.0.98811-final.exe file to launch the InstallShield Wizard.
It may be necessary to right-click the .exe and select Run as administrator.The C•CURE integration requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 to function.
Click Install to proceed.
At the InstallShield Wizard Welcome screen, click Next >.
At the Custom Setup screen, specify which component of the integration to install. By default, both components are selected.
Server
If the current machine is the C•CURE server, this should be selected
If it is a C•CURE client PC, click the drop-down arrow and select This feature will not be installed
Client
If the current machine is the C•CURE server and it does not have client software also installed, click the drop-down arrow and select This feature will not be installed
If it is a C•CURE client PC, this should be selected
Click Next >.
If the Server component was selected in step 5, the Database Server screen will appear. Specify the following:
The location of the C•CURE database server
How to connect to the database. If not using Windows authentication credentials, select ¤ Server authentication using the Login ID and password below and enter the user name and password to use to connect to the database
The name of the C•CURE database catalog
Click Next >.
Click Install to install the software.
When installation is complete, click Finish to close the wizard.

Launch the C•CURE 9000 Server Configuration Application.
In the Services tab, confirm that the Crossfire Server Component Framework is running. If it is stopped, click Start Service to restart it.
Click the Server Components tab.
Locate the ThreeVRVideoServerComponent.
Click the box labeled Enabled to check it, then click Start Service.
Verify that this component’s Status changes to Running.

About Video Integration
3VR’s C•CURE Video Integration allows live and stored video from the 3VR VMS server to be viewed through the C•CURE Administration and Monitoring Workstation application. Use the steps in this section to configure the integration of one or more VMS servers and the cameras connected to those servers.
Managing 3VR VMS Servers
Adding New VMS Server
Use the following steps to add a new 3VR VMS server to C•CURE for video integration:
In C•CURE Administration Workstation, click the Video tab in the left-hand panel.
Expand the video tree to the location where you wish to create the 3VR VMS server. Typically this will be under the “CompanyName” folder.
Right-click this folder and select 3VR Server > New.
Editing Existing VMS Servers
In C•CURE Administration Workstation, click the Video tab in the left-hand panel.
Expand the video tree to the location of the 3VR VMS Server you wish to edit
Double-click the VMS server name (or right click and select Edit) to open the VMS server for editing.
Configuring 3VR VMS Server Settings
The following settings may be configured for each VMS server integrated with C•CURE:
a. Name – The name of the 3VR VMS server. This name will be used to identify the VMS server in the C•CURE system, and does not have to match the display name assigned to the VMS server in 3VR System Manager.
b. Description – A description of the 3VR VMS Server.
c. Enabled – This check box enables or disables the 3VR VMS Server.
In the General Tab:
d. Time Zone – This is the Time Zone of the 3VR VMS server. To configure the Time Zone, click the ... button and select the time zone where the 3VR VMS server is installed from the list.
e. User Name and Password – The user name and password of the 3VR user account created in step 3.2.
