• Fixed bug in channel thumbnail which erroneously showed "Camera stream is restarting or unavailable"
• Fixed OpCenter crash that occurs occasionally when dragging cameras out into video panel due to JPEG header invalid error
• Fixed issues occurring with the regular DB flow and recovery when a DB reset is done
