  1. In the Velocity Web Services Client Installer window:

    1. Select the Install Velocity Web Service only (Integration support) option and check the Create Website bundle for separate machine checkbox.

    2. Enter the Windows account credentials to be used for the Velocity Web Service. Then, click Next as shown.
      For example, specify a Windows account name of "DOMAIN_NAME\VelocityServices" along with the password for the account.

  2. The Velocity Web Services Client Installer will check your system for prerequisites required to install the Velocity Web Service.

  3. On the Service and Website Settings screen, you will need to first select a communication mode of “HTTP (Deprecated)” (non-secure) or “HTTPS (Recommended)” (secure). You can then select the default port number of 2026 or specify a different value. Lastly, you will need to select an IIS Configuration of “Forms Authentication (Recommended)” or “Windows Authentication”. Click Next.

  4. Wait until the installer completes the Velocity Web Services Client installation. A window similar to the one below will appear. Click Next.
